I got sick after eating lucky charms my stomach was hurting and I fell nauseous I had bought a box of lucky charms from Walmart. When i went home to eat the cereal i did and later i started to feel sick. I got a really bad headache and threw up  | Symptoms: Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

My son vomited a few hours after eating them. Everything else consumed within the last 24-48 hours, others in our home did also, it was the only thing only he ate. We just purchased the box of it as well.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
