Felt stomach pain Thurs night immediately after dinner- only ate 1/4 of the entree and took it home. Have finished the entree as leftovers (didn’t immediately see the association)and have worse pain. Loose stool Fri and multiple bouts of diarrhea today. 2 others who ate with me also have symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
Suspected source: NOT SURE
Onset: 5 hours
Duration: 16 hrs first severe stomach pain now headache tired sore
Sick: me

Got penne fritta app, breadsticks, salad and fettuccine Alfredo and had the poops all night which is weird because usually all that cheese would bind me up but I was nauseous had the dry heaves and poops  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

had 2 pin a colada ate y by e pineapple garnish had a lobster shrimp quesadilla with salsa, and conch fritters got sick about 3 to 4 hours after ingesting , sick for entire night couldn't leave bathroom chills all night  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
