I'm from Massachusetts, I ate the chicken sandwich and my girlfriend had the chicken fingers and we have both had stomach flu like symptoms for the past 3 days. This has included, vomiting, diarrhea, and fever.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I stopped in for a chicken bowl about 7:00 pm on 4/4. After about 10 min of finishing my meal, I got awfully bad cramps and diarrhea. I bought some Pepto Bismal to help relieve the symptoms, didn't help at all. I was up all night with diarrhea and severe stomach pains.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
