This afternoon, Roast beef sandwich  Symptoms started within 2 hours. Nausea, repeated vomiting and fatigue.

I had the roast beef sandwich and a few hours later I became ill- nauseous and vomiting  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

8pm3/16 /18 got 2 beef& cheddar before my delivery to dairy ate one noticed hardly no meat on sandwich maybe 1/4" 5am woke up throwing up 2 days later feeling better l know what food poisoning is this was it  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
