Got a Mexican Pizza and tasted like it had a chemical in it but I don't like to waste stuff so ate half of it,burping the taste up next day,stomach is so sick and feel like puking, bad shits..absolutely know it was the Mexican pizza.still have in trash if I could have it tested.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Burping

Not sure Eat a chicken sandwich that did not taste good at around 3pm on January 12th2020 but also ate cheese breath from Little Caesars at 23 and gumwood in Indiana At around 630 pm then at 1130 been throwing up and diarrhea all night. Thursday evening I ate steak chalupa supreme. I had been feeling fine until around 10:30 pm when I went rushing to the bathroom. Violent vomiting persisted until around 9:30 am with bouts of diarrhea, nausea, and chills mixed in.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
