我买了墨西哥披萨味道好像里面有化学物质但我不喜欢浪费东西所以吃了一半，第二天打个饱腹的味道，胃很不舒服，感觉就像在呕吐，糟透了... 绝对知道这是墨西哥披萨。如果我能测试的话还会丢在垃圾里。  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, Burping

Not sure Eat a chicken sandwich that did not taste good at around 3pm on January 12th2020 but also ate cheese breath from Little Caesars at 23 and gumwood in Indiana At around 630 pm then at 1130 been throwing up and diarrhea all night. Very raunchy diarrhea like death.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

星期四晚上我吃了牛排 chalupa supreme。直到晚上 10 点半左右我赶去洗手间时我一直感觉不错。剧烈呕吐一直持续到上午 9:30 左右，腹泻、恶心和寒战混杂在一起。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战
