My boyfriend and I had extreme cramping where we curled up in a ball, i was about to throw up. I noticed this during eating. We had Applebee's on the 22nd of April and we still don't feel good  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Lemon loaf, my 15 month old son and I both became I'll an hour after eating it. This was at noon on March 29th 2016. We had breakfast at 8am, hadn't had lunch yet. Violent cramping as well as other symptoms listed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

I ate a hot dog from one of the vendors at the Elton John concert. And within a hour I got severe stomach cramps. The entire next day I was vomiting, had diarrhea, and couldn't even keep water down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
