Smoothie there 2. We both had sunrise sunset smoothies yesyerday about noon and symptoms began in early am. It was the only food item that we ate that our other family members did not. Symptoms and timeline are identicle  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain

I ordered a pepperoni pizza, it arrived at 10:00pm and before that I hadn't eaten since noon. Woke up at 2:30am to severe cramps and started throwing up and having diahrea at 3am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I had a bean burrito with sour cream and a chicken burrito. I got the food to go just after 10 pm February 10th 2016. Started with cramp an hour and a half later and started throwing up about 3 hours later. Was in the bathroom most of the night and threw up again this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
