I ordered hot and sour soup. That's the only thing I ate and I got violently ill starting at 5 AM for every half hour for 7 hours and then every hour for 5 hours I had explosive diarrhea and was vomiting bile.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bile

3 kids ate chicken tenders at 3pm 1/2. All three are now vomiting and diarrhea about 15 hours later. No one else sick that ate other food and all were together all weekend (10 people total). Only common is the chicken tenders.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I can’t be positive it was qdoba but I started feeling off right after eating lunch here. I spent the night with cramps and needing the bathroom. I’ve now had several bought of diarrhea.
