Ate tuna sandwich on Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning starting at 2am started vomiting and diarrhea every 2 hours. Fever of 100.4. Admitted to ER and given fluids. I'm 14w5d pregnant, thankfully baby is ok.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills

48 hour long constant vomiting. ate nothing else that day except homemade food. My whole family including young kids under 3 ate there too and didn't get sick - only me.
