My 4 year old son had a bowl of Lucky Charm cereal on 4/08 in the am. He didn't eat anything else that day. Later around 4 pm he complained about a stomach ache. He began vomiting that evening.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate a bowl and within an hour nausea set in. This has happened every time I have consumed it. I have had it in the morning and at night after I have ingested this cereal. This cereal was delivered on April 3, 2022 from Amazon.  | Symptoms: Nausea

I have eaten Lucky Charms my whole life over the last 6 months I have tried to eat it several times but noticed every time I ate a bowl of Lucky Charms I would experience abdominal cramping, nausea and green diarrhea. On Friday April 8th 2022 I bought a box of lucky charms, not knowing they were causing illness.
My daughter's just called me at work to tell me that they are sick; Vomiting,Diarrhea,and cramps.

My son threw up everything he ate from this restaurant 3 hours after we ate there. He got fried shrimp (he loves shellfish and seafood) I had taken a bite out of one when we got home and I don't believe the breading was cooked thoroughly.
