I order #2 double cheeseburger. On 08/11/17 later that night I started throwing up an blood was in my stool. I went to ER saturday, they did some blood work an I was told the bacteria damage my intestine .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Got some coleslaw from Popeyes here in Picayune and I've started feeling nauseous and vomiting. The slaw I noticed was slimy and the liquidy part was stringy and not looking right at all ...
