Ate a boars head sandwich from Safeway’s premade food section. It was the turkey cranberry sandwich. Eight or so hours later i began vomiting repeatedly and had very watery diarrhea. I have shivers and body aches and stomach aches and headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache

Suspected source: Classic Roast Beef from the Safeway deli.

I ate deli sliced Roast Beef and about 6 hours later I began having severe Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, sweats, headache, and severe Diarrhea and vomiting,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain, Night Sweats

Ate 3 slices at 6 pm. Didn't feel too well at bedtime. 6:20 am awakened with severe vomiting. Vomited 6 times over a 5 hour period. Broke blood vessels in eyes, vomiting was so severe. No fever. Certain it was for poisioning. Had a deli turkey sandwich… See more
