11/29 at 5:45pmPT grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce/springmix/spinach only and dry.. nothing else. 30 minutes later stomache cramps, hour throwing up for the entire night, wretching, leg cramps, couldn't sip water, slept on the bathroom floor. 😔😵  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
