Ordered a steak and cheese deluxe with jalepenos and green bell peppers on 3/5/17. Got back home to eat it around 5:30. Symptoms started around 11:00. Extreme vomiting and diarrhea. All night my stomach has been a mess and i havent slept a wink.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate 2 rice and bean burritos, no cheese, no sauce. Around 8:30PM, very mild symptoms of nausea almost immediately (I'm very sensitive), by 4:00AM I had a full blown headache, was throwing up, fevet chills, stomachache; it's 9:00AM and symptoms have not subsided  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
