Dec 8th at 7pm, Taylor farms sweet kale salad Ate the salad around 430/5p. Started feeling weird by 6. 7p vomited the food fresh with no acid. Vomited again at 8pm still whole food with a little bit of acid.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Ate all the food listed above ^ and woke up at 3am with the worst stomach cramps, beading sweat, nausea, and diarrhea. Woke up every 45 minutes throughout the rest of the night with same symptoms. All the next day (today) have incredible fatigue, weakness, body chills, and stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Weakness, Chills, Sweating
