My husband and I fell ill yesterday afternoon/evening. I ordered breakfast from McDonald's yesterday morning. We were the only ones sick. I had to go to emergency room.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Ordered a spicy chicken salad. Almost immediately after I started feeling really sick. Really bad stomach pains and extreme nausea and about 3 hours later I threw up more than I ever have in my life.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
