It was at 1am on Marchl 31. I had ate the Jr deluxe burger and the number 1 with a cherry coke. I have been pooping none stop and threw up last night. Resulting in blood coming out when I spit. The last time I had pooped it came out black.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

This happened twice - January 29 and March 10. Within a few hours of eating a Zaxby Blackened Chicken Salad, I broke out in a sweat and thought I was going to pass out. This was quickly followed by vomiting and diahrea. I didn' feel like I was sick. I felt like I had been poisoned.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
