Garlic butter crust. Premium pepperoni pizza, Husband ate one 7 days ago and became nauseous and complained of upset stomach and diarrhea. I consumed 2 of them 3 days ago and still have diarrhea, vomiting and extreme fatigue | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue
