Was there around 6pm had mutiple dishes. Abdominal gas around 11 pm with severe diarhea thru the night. Three days later still sick. LAlso ice cream cake and don't knowm from where I got sick. Nite before was at Divits  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas

I ate at Ixtapa on April 24th around 7:30-8:00 and I had tacos. later that night I started to feel sick I had terrible nausea etc. it went on for about 3 days then today April 27th I had my leftover for lunch and I had terrible nausea and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
