Stopped on our way to Harrisburg on Monday 2-17 around 10 am and had some mcdoubles and by the time we got home at 9 pm my boyfriend was on the toilet holding a bucket. The vomiting stopped around 5 am and the diarrhea finally stopped being really bad 10am  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I think it was a tuna salad sub from here. The only other thing I ate was a granola bar and a kind ice cream bar. I ate here at 1130 and started throwing up at 530. It progressively got worse until called ambulance that night. My… See more
