I stopped at here ordered a spicy chicken sandwich around 6pm 3/22/22. Came home had a bowl of Trixie around 10pm woke at 430 didn't feel right but drove to windber got out of truck throwing up chunks of chicken. There was no trace of Trixi nor lettuce or tomatoes. All chicken chunks  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had a spicy chicken sandwich from here last year and threw up everywhere and had diarrhea, and a year later i tried it again for the first time and had the WORST diarrhea ever. and nausea.. AGAIN  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I ate chicken tenders and fried pierogis. Within 30 minutes of eating I felt I’ll. Not long after I started vomiting (over a dozen times) and had diarrhea. Had to take the following day off work trying to recover.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
