Had the nachos bell grande combo. Food tasted fine, but a few hours later I knew something was wrong. I spent the next 36 hours with pretty extreme nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and fever complete with delirium from the fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

We ordered wings 12/23. I had Medium sauce and the others ordered mild. I woke the next morning with stomach pain and cramps. I have had pain, cramps, and diarrhea for 2 days. I will be going to doctor if it doesn't resolve soon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

I went to chic file a around 6:00 pm on Dec 23rd. By the time I made it home around 8 I started having stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhea and chills. So far it has lasted 8 hrs and there is no end in site.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
