Ate half & half with orange chicken. Had horrible pain around 3 am. Woke up throwing up and had severe diahrea for a week. I didn't eat anything and couldn't keep fluids.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I got the Chicken Nuggets with French Fries and Dr Pepper at 4PM. 2 hrs after I ate I started to have painful stomach cramps and then another 15 minutes I ran to the bathroom and then I had explosive diarrhea. Stayed in the bathroom until I had to go again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
