I ate a cheeseburger and fries around 7 pm. Symptoms starts at 3 am. I’ve been nauseous, vomiting, having diarrhea, burping, fever and chills all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Burping
