Went to lunch around 12pm and ate 2 hot and spicy chicken sandwiches with cheese, pickles and mustard. Returned to work and immediately had diarrhea and went home early. I was nauseous and kept having diarrhea and stomach pain all night long.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
