Lady grabbed my muffin with the wax paper but then switched hands and flipped the wax paper. She wasn't paying attention.

Ate the muffin and within a few hours I had bad stomach pains. It was the only items which I ate that my partner did not and she had no issues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I had diarhea within a couple of hours of eating something. This has happened a couple of times at this specific restaurant. I thought it was the sandwich, so I got the chicken nuggets this time, and the same thing happened to me.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I swear I never get diarrhea from any other place, but whenever I eat at this location, my stomach hurts or I have diarrhea. I am not sure if they do not have good sanitation or cook the food improperly, but this just always happens  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
