vanilla latte and/or bagel and cream cheese. Ate the food, then went for a 30 minute easy walk and started feeling nauseated. Worsened since then. Diarrhea and abdominal pain - have been in bed most of the afternoon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain, Gas
