A few hours after eating the nacho grande I had explosive diarrhea which was frequent and painful intestines. I felt the need to vomit and wished I would to make the feeling go away. Ran from bed to bathroom all early morning hours. Still have some runs.… See more

I went there last night and got a mcchicken and a cheeseburger. I was feeling fine last night but this morning I woke up due to extreme stomach cramps and diarrhea. Nausea started about 15 minutes after waking up and I can barely walk because of the pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

my fiance and I all ate at Wendy’s on base. She had a Jr Baconnader within 5 hours later my fiance was throwing up for nearly 7 hours. She had abdominal pains, diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

We ordered 4 Buttery Jack combos and within 3 hours, all 4 of us were having violent diarrhea, projectile vomiting, chills, stomach cramps, fatigue, and just an overall horrible feeling.
