I went to my local store and me and my papaw got some food. I got chicken nuggets and he got a hamburger plain. The next day we both felt terrible and turned out we had food poisoning. And my moms boss and her bosses grandkid at there and got the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever

I had the broccoli cheddar soup with just a classic grilled cheese. Not even an hour later, I was feeling sick to my stomach and really nauseous. Almost 24 hours later, no vomiting but diarrhea ever since. Never eating there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ate a chicken Quesalupa around 7 o'clock at night on March 12 and started feeling nauseous a few hours later. I woke up in the middle of the night vomiting and for two days I haven't been able to eat without getting sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
