I comsumed a large oreo cheesecake milkshake from sonics on the night of 10/14/16 and within an hour I got horrible stomach pains and felt very unstable. The malaise is slowly decreasing.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain

Another family member ate grilled chicken sandwich as well. About 7 hours later, we were both violently vomitting with diarrhea and a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
