Got carry out at dominos 12/11/18 6pm. Ate a pizza with ham, pineapple, olives. Garlic dipping sauce. Began to have a stomach ache about 6 hours later. Woke up at 5am 12/12 with violent diarrhea and vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
