Got breakfast a few weeks back, had the worst food poisoning of my life where I couldn't stop vomiting for 4-5 hours. While trying to hold in liquid on the other end too. Done with Wendy's forever  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Got #9 Sandwich on 2/23 around 3 pm. Felt nausea within 30 minutes and vomiting within 90 minutes. Also had a McDonalds Mocha Frappe at same time but friend also had one and didnt get sick so must be Jimmy John's.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My kids got happy meals. 2 of the meals had chicken nuggest, 1 meal had a cheeseburger. My sister ate 2 of the chicken nuggets and my kids ate the rest of their food. All 4 of them got severly sick 3 days later. No one else ate the food from there, no kne else got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
