I ordered a Big Mac and fries from McDonald's Murphy Texas at about 8:30 on Friday night woke up at 2 by not stomachache diarrhea vomiting fever sweating profusely did not sleep the rest of the night have not been able to eat today I feel absolutely terrible  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Yesterday ate a Big Mac and within an hour was experiencing severe stomach cramps followed by diarrhea. Bloody stools by night time. Still more bloody/mucus stools today. In process of contacting doctor.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Bloody Stool, Mucus in Stools

I eat the big mac meal and instantly started feeling nauseous later that night i woke up with extreme diarrhea. Still waiting for the doctor to tell me what it was. I gave him samples and should know on Monday.(08/14/2017)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
