Brought two big Mac meals first myself and daughter. At about 7.39. Both became I'll. First feeling sick with hit sweats. Then vomiting and diiarriha at 2.30 am Feeling very unwell  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a Big Mac and an hour later, felt nauseous. Ended up having to force myself to throw up from how much pain I was in. Still nauseous, trying to recover with eating crackers n' water. Chest feels tight.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
