My family and I had McDonald's for lunch. I was the only one to eat a big mac. About 3 hours later I felt like I was having extreme hunger pains. I was wrong I have food poisoning. I have been puking and have diaheha for hours and I'm pregnant. I can't keep anything down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
