3 days ago my boyfriend and I were in town and since we were in a hurry we decided we could eat a big mac at McDonalds. I only go to McDonalds maybe once, twice a year so I didn't have any problems with it until 2 days ago where I noticed that I had to go to the bathroom a lot more than usual, and so did my boyfriend. Yesterday we had the worst stomach cramps in our lives and we also woke up feeling a little sick. We didn't throw up but the cramps are killing us both.It has to be the McDonalds that day, because since then we didn't really eat the same meals or anything. And if it was something else, my parents would have felt it as well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever
