I went to mcdonalds last night and ordered a big mac and some hot cakes then i found a butter package open in the bag like trash and i hadnt opened any then when i woke up at 7 i got diahrea and my stomach was hurting alot after i was done i went to lay down then ran to the bathroom seconds after and i threw up on my way to work i got a head ach and stomach ach and pulled over and threw up and i stayed parked for a while because i felt dizzy then when i got to work i felt really bad and i had to take the day off when i got home the diareah continued and so did the throwing up im very upset with mcdonalds | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness
