Ate Big Mac for lunch today. Took it out of restaurant. Got home not even 5 minutes later and sandwich was slimy and cold. Now I feel sick and I've puked 3 times in past 2 hours, and I feel very tired. Had to throw sandwich in trash. Such a NASTY burger.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

On 22.7, I and my girlfriend got us the new Big Mac. Mine tasted extremely like their vinegar. On Sunday I had stomach cramps that lasted 3-4 days. Today on August 2nd, I am still lying flat with gastrointestinal problems nausea/vomiting and diarrhea. No more McDonald's. Vacation… See more

I went to MC's two Big Mac's menus yesterday with my son. That was around 3:30 p.m. At 5 p.m., we both had a stomachache. I'm still not feeling well the next day. It can only be due to the Big Mac. We suffer from nausea, diarrhea and real stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
