Vomiting and diarrhea following the engulfment of a McFlurry, Nuggets, 1 Potato and a Big Mac
The nuggets tasted strange and were a bit subcooked compared to the usual. Same for potatoes (maybe in connection with frying oil)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

My husband ate a Big Mac that he had just picked up. Aug Macdo he was very hungry and at the last bite he started to feel dizzy and feel super sick he vomited he is all white and he is not well at all• he was very well before and was hungry  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
