A grilled chicken sandwich, My husband was the only one sick. He was very cold during the night and did nit sleep well. When he got up at 6 am he started having the diarrhea, then the nausea and vomiting. He finally took a nap from 11-1 pm. But still woke up to having both.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Stopped at this locaton around 2 a.m. on the date of Dec. 7th, 2019. I ate an original chicken sandwich and fries. 4 hours later I got sick with excessive diarrhea and was also throwing up at the same time. Never been so sick in my entire life. Still has diarrhea at 11 a.m. this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the number 10 (a fried chicken sandwich) and the symptoms started about 60 minutes later and worsened from there. I ate at 5:30 and started feeling sick at about 6:45.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

ordered spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and milkshake. shortly after eating, vomited all over my toilet and followed by bad diarrhea. teenagers shouldn’t be serving or handling food. waited 30 minutes for food and got this sh*t. at least 20 people working in there and waited over 30… See more

Ate a chicken sandwich just before bed and woke up at 1am with severe stomach pain and diarrhea. I ate the spicy chicken sandwich around 3 pm. Didn't start feeling nauseous till about 8 pm. By 10:30 pm I was on the toilet with diarrhea. Fell asleep soon after and woke up later at 1:30 am with more diarrhea and now vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
