I ordered a McChicken and had diarrhea the first day. The second I threw up the chicken and couldn't stop vomiting cause it had the worst taste. I felt like I ate a dead decomposing chicken.
Third day I got a fever and threw up. Can't eat anything my stomach it too upset. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ordered a Spicy Mcchicken meal. I am so disgusted that I actually ate because in my gut I could tell it was nasty. I was hungry and it was late so I ate it anyways.
