Yesterday I got a spicy nugget and a Mc double. My boyfriend got a McDouble as well but no spicy nuggets. About 45 minutes after I ate I threw up twice and had diarrhea. I felt fine after laying down for a couple hours . Luckily I only had A 6pc or it probably would have been worse  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

About 1030-11am order regular chicken nugget meal large I got 2 large drinks Tropical berry and Peach around 400pm took a p** and my p** was color of tropical berry as well as diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other

I bought my daughter a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with fries and apple juice for lunch. Maybe 6 hours later my daughter woke up vomiting and had diarrhea.
