We went today, my partner had a large big Mac meal with an oasis and 6 chicken nuggets, I had a double cheese burger and a large 9 chicken nugget meal with a coke. We are now both in agony with our stomachs, non stop diarrhea and projectile vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Got a 20 piece chicken nugget from McDonalds for dinner yesterday. I’ve been getting sick and running to the bathroom since 1 in the morning. I’ve seen this business on here multiple times. They really need to be closed down. McDonalds on Jefferson Ave. near Fox Park.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate a 20 piece Nugget at the Mcdonalds at 1105 Northside Dr NW Atlanta, GA 30318 United States Near Georgia Tech Campus at 6pm Nov 28 and was awoken by violent vomiting at 6 am the following morning along with nausea and abdominal cramps.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I bought a happy meal today at about 5pm after college it was a chicken nugget meal and about 1 hour later I went for a toilet and I had really bad diarrhoea and I also got cramps and feeling like I’m about to be sick at any moment, it’s been about 12 hours and the pain has gotten worse  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
