I ordered the #1 Italian sub on 4/1/22 at 11:50 am and within 15-30 minutes of eating it, I was nauseous, extremely dizzy, and had an instant migraine and I rarely get headaches at all. I had to sit my car for 20 mins just to feel better and vomited as soon as I walked into my house.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Migraine, Dizziness

Ate a ham and cheese sub Mike way without tomatoes yesterday at 2 pm. Couldn't finish the last few bites because it just wasn't tasting right.
