I ordered a queso crunch taco and a quesadilla with chicken, the next day I developed a fever and vomited the Del taco, as well as any other food I tried to eat that day. Symptoms lasted days and were very dreadful with lots of fever and headaches.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
