I ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice, extra steak, corn, hot salsa sour cream cheese and quac. I immediately got sick 30 Mins after eating this.

I ate a chicken burrito at Chipolte in Evanston last Thursday 3-1-18 and the next day I had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. It has not gone away. Only getting worse. Now vomiting. 4 days ongoing. Don’t eat there.

Had Chipotle Salsa as snack that was left over. I started diarrhea after 4 hours eating, and vomiting after 6 hours eating. Nausea and Fever for 2 days.
