Comi uma salada com frango com espinafre e folhas verdes no almoço ontem à tarde. 12h. Às 7 da tarde eu jantei. Comecei a me sentir mal instantaneamente e vomitei meu jantar. Fiquei acordado a noite toda com dores no corpo, diarréia e dores de estômago.

Ate there at 6pm had pot pie soup & grilled cheese, by 9-9:30 had severe belly pain & the worst diarrhea ever, wife ate the same thing also had severe belly pain,nausea
