Ayer por la tarde almorcé una ensalada con pollo con espinacas y verduras de hoja verde. A las 7 p.m., cené. Empecé a sentirme mal al instante y vomité mi cena. He estado despierto toda la noche con dolor corporal, diarrea y dolor de estómago.

Ate there at 6pm had pot pie soup & grilled cheese, by 9-9:30 had severe belly pain & the worst diarrhea ever, wife ate the same thing also had severe belly pain,nausea
