I had a salad with spinach chicken and leafy greens for lunch yesterday afternoon. 12pm. By 7 pm I ate dinner. I began to instantly feel sick and vomited my dinner. I have been up all night with body ache, diarrhea and stomach pain.

Ate there at 6pm had pot pie soup & grilled cheese, by 9-9:30 had severe belly pain & the worst diarrhea ever, wife ate the same thing also had severe belly pain,nausea
